redneck chronicles, part one

Earlier this afternoon, a gooseneck trailer carrying sixty bales of hay somehow overturned on the road in front of my house and inexplicably burst into flames, covering my neighborhood in thick white smoke and an incredibly rank smell. This accident temporarily knocked out phone service at my estate, the use of fire hydrants caused a minor water main break, and the road was closed for nearly four hours.

The incident was reported to a local radio station by another man who witnessed the ordeal. In his account, the man provides a possible explanation for why this unfortunate accident may have occurred.

Addendum: It has come to my attention that the file previously hosted by mediafire was deleted, likely because of the name of the file.  Kudos to mediafire for not knowing what the hell is going on.

  1. Where did you get that sound clip? There’s no way that was a real Goshenite calling in.

Also, glad to know that using a fire hydrant in Goshen will cause a water main break.

  2. between hay trailor jackknifes and shoot outs in front of grocery stores, Goshen in heading downhill.

I bet that soundbite wasn’t as good as when channel 9 asked the dude at misfits what the tornado was like. We need to get ahold of that somehow.
